I was told I was second to be seen by reception after waiting two and half hours for a simple check then waited another 20 minutes to find out I was lied to and I am fourth in the queue. It is truly ridiculous and annoying!

From the second you walk in you feel welcome. Dawn was absolutely amazing. Makes you feel so comfortable and goes out of her way for what's right for you. Really the most exceptional nurse I have ever seen

The service was extremely slow and would not recommend. The wait time was over 2.40 hours

I didn't have to wait long at all considering it was a drop in, everyone was polite and friendly. The nurse I saw - James - was excellent. He was so thorough and helpful throughout. Excellent

Great clinic but make sure you leave adequate time as the wait period can be excessively long and the mobile phone queue system isn't very accurate.

Had a great experience, will recomend to everyone! Amazing attitude, friendly staff. Being checked for STI/STD was never so easy and fun as it was in this clinic! Definitely coming back for my all my annual check ups!

I feel this is the best sexual clinic. The updated servie is very convinet. Saves time sitting and waiting for 3hrs. You can go and do errends and the app will tell you. How many people are infront of u. And when u should make ur way back to the clinic when it is close to your turn

Pep treatment. They gave me 14 days and gave an appointment in 2 weeks time. After 6 days I realised they gave me 9 days treatment only so I phoned them and they said just come back next day and we will c u shortly. I asked just change my next week appointment for tomorrow. The guy on the phone insisted just pop in not need to wait long. I popped in. Being here over 90 minutes...nothing happened
